This review is not based on the onsite service. I ended up not using the service because I found out my problem is not an electrical problem. But I do appreciate LiveWire. He is very responsive and willing to rearrange his previous schedule based on my availability. In addition, I can feel his professional although I did not use him. This is because he can give me his opinion on what the problem might be based on my description and also give me an estimate on how much time needed to do inspections. Next time if I have electrical problem I will ask him again!
