Paul was punctual courteous and very knowledgeable. He was competent. He diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it for me. Paul arrived on time, was very professional ( plus had a great personality) and identified the problem within a couple of minutes. Because my son was here, Paul told him what needed to be done (heat lamp in bathroom) and he did not charge for the visit! Can’t have a better outcome than that!
