The team at Qnorthwest was fantastic. Patricia was super responsive with scheduling and answering my questions. Joe and his crew (Jack+True) did a great job installing our chandelier on a very high ceiling with a staircase blocking direct access. They were honest, friendly, and took great care in ensuring no damage was done to our floors or the new light fixture during the installation process. They went above and beyond and I will definitely use them again.

This is true and I never write reviews before to anyone but i want to this time : I first connected with Joe from QNorthwest Electric in 2024 when I was exploring options for a generator setup. At the time, I didn’t have the right equipment to meet my needs—but Joe didn’t just walk away. Instead, he took the time to listen carefully, understand my situation, and went above and beyond to research parts and solutions that would work perfectly without breaking the bank. Thanks to his dedication and deep knowledge, Joe was able to design a setup that not only solved my problem efficiently but also saved me over $1,000 on the project. That kind of honesty and effort is rare these days. When Joe came out to do the work this year, his professionalism truly stood out. His installation was neat, tidy, and beautifully executed—we even compared it to a similar panel someone else installed in our neighborhood, and Joe’s work was clearly superior in both quality and appearance.

We have the highest respect for our QNorthwest electrician, Joe, and his team. Joe is an excellent electrician both installing new wiring and fixtures as well as repairing and problem solving when needed. Joe has amazing, friendly communication skills- he clearly explains any project and options and is honestly a joy to have working on any project. Depending on the scope of work, our licensed electricians provide complimentary estimates and will provide either an hourly cost or project based cost. We offer a discounted pricing to: returning customers, military, and seniors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Set up a complimentary estimate /work review visit with our licensed electrician. 2) Client is provided with estimate – cost for work and timeline that work can be performed. 3) Either perform work onsite or schedule work in near future.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Electricians verified with L&I/State of Washington, Certified Apprentices current on their license with L&I/State of Washington.
