- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tailor all of my photography packages to each clients needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out exactly what the client is looking for and if it's something I am able to provide, I like to setup a phone call or coffee date to discuss various packages. I will then send them a proposal, and if they decide to hire me I will send over a contract for them to sign.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Fine Arts in college, with a main focus on Photography.
