Saul and his son Ben did a fantastic job painting my 50’s ranch house. They showed up the day after I contacted them and made a reasonable bid. They trimmed shrubs that were in the way and repaired the many rotting and broken places typical of an old house. They painted with great attention to detail. They worked long hours and finished within a few days. Highly recommended!

Saul and his son painted our house and did an amazing job. They were on time and very communicative. They provided a timely and not exceedingly bloated price (like some house painters in Seattle), and we got more in return. We coordinated with Saul on the paint scheme for our house, and their prep work was impeccable! Saul also took extra care to provide fine details that we didn't expect, but really appreciated. They turned our drab beige house into a thing of beauty, and I'd highly recommend using them.

They did a great job of painting my house and deck area. They came and did a free quote very quickly and when I booked they were able to start that day.
The price was reasonable to me although after starting the job they did have to adjust the rate a bit due to extra work that needed to be done.
I was nervous about changing the color of the house but I am very happy with the results!
Thanks for a great job. Would recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we do not offer prices per the square footage of the property, but we do try to offer a fair price depending on the complexity of the job, some houses are simply alot easier to paint regardless of size
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will start by first connecting with potential clients to schedule them for a free estimate
followed by inspecting the property and determining exactly what the client wants done and accordingly how complex the job will be, which will be reflected in the bid.
lastly I will determine what colors the client wants to use and when they intend to have the work done.
