Alta Pest Control is a local company owned and operated by three brothers. We specialize in IPM- Integrated Pest Management- an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest management. After being in the industry since 2010 with multiple companies, the owners decided to break lose from big corporations and build their own small business. After college, they took all the good and bad they learned along the way to create Alta. They are excited to make a name for themselves by providing superior service to the residents of the Greater Seattle Area
We enjoy bringing peace of mind to our clients. We want them to not have to worry about ants in the kitchen, wasps buzzing in the yard, rodents in the attic or spiders sneaking up on you in the bathroom. If they ever need something, they can call us out for a free reservice

The staff from Alta Pestcontrol was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in coming up with a plan to address our rodent and spider problem. We walked the perimeter of our home and he listened to my concerns. He arrived on time and was efficient in his work.
So far the service has been excellent. They responded quickly, helped quote an appropriate service and gave me all the details so I could weigh multiple options. They even were able to provide same day support.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now we are currently pricing Thumbtack customers at a discounted rate in hopes to boost our presence on the site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out what pests they're dealing with, and send them a quote. Upon the technician's arrival he checks in with the customer and performs an inspection of the property. He treats the property accordingly and gives recommendations on how to best proceed going forward to keep the property pest free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe the best way to learn pest control is being hands on. Though all our technicians are well studied and licensed, their best attribute is the years of experience doing the job correctly. The owners and service managers come from years of experience working with different companies in the industry before coming to Alta, bringing a more complete and diversified approach to how to get the job done.
