Leo gave a quote that he honored and matched the work I wanted completed (replace one fence post and one panel). He even noticed the details to add reinforcing to a neighboring fence panel and to adjust the slope of the dirt under so everything fit flush. Took him only 2.5 hours which I thought was quick.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to give an estimate in person to be able to go over any details and give a proper price. We try our best to start the project on the customers dates. On the first day of the project, Leo goes over the details again and ensure all their ideas are met. Projects are completed between 3-5 days depending on the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at construction company for 8 years as a carpenter.
