Ben did an excellent job cleaning & re-capping our wood burning chimney. He was great at communicating what needed to be done & the additional cost was worth it to get it done right. I will definitely be using them again for maintenance.

David did an excellent job doing a clean up and tune up of our very old gas fireplace. He spent the time explaining how to best operate and maintain the fireplace, as well as showing me the potential future issues that might happen with such an old fireplace, He then did an excellent job cleaning all components and checking for all potential safety issues. I must say the fireplace looks amazing now and working very well. Thank you David! Overall I found the appointment setup, and all the communication to be very prompt and professional by Genesis Home Services, I definitely recommend them and will gladly use them again.

I received a very prompt response to my job request. Considering the season, I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician who completed the job not only diagnosed the issue but explained what the cause was and how it could be resolved. The work was completed quickly, cleanly and afterwards, I was provided information how to keep our gas fireplace in good working order and what to keep an eye out for in the future. I will be contacting this company in the future for services for not only our fireplace but for any other services they provide.
