I received a very prompt response to my job request. Considering the season, I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician who completed the job not only diagnosed the issue but explained what the cause was and how it could be resolved. The work was completed quickly, cleanly and afterwards, I was provided information how to keep our gas fireplace in good working order and what to keep an eye out for in the future. In most cases, we will send a technician out to you so they can assess your project and provide you with an itemized estimate that fits your specific project's needs. Usually we can provide estimates free of charge. For gas fireplace repairs, we deduct the diagnose fee from the repair estimate total if you move forward with us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire technicians who have over 10 years of experience with chimneys, fireplaces and masonry repairs. They need to be certified by our senior technician as well as complete 120 hours of classroom training with our company upon hiring. Our technicians are always friendly, professional and honest.
