Introduction: Training someone doesn't mean standing there with a list of exercises and a timer. If I need to workout with you so you move better, faster or get more reps in, you better believe I will do it! I never train people in ways I wouldn't workout myself! I love the personal interaction. If I can help someone feel better about themselves and it doesn't have to mean just loosing weight, I will try my best to make that happen. Everyone deserves to be the best they can be!

Yes, OUSTANDING. Jenny is the brilliant trainer I took many classes with in Seattle at Sync Fitness. She devised interesting exhaustive strength building workouts. She even included some running in there for cardio torture :) Jenny always had a modification ready for those that needed or desired. She'd find the move and/or stretch that would work best for your body on that given day. I could not have asked for a person with better energy to kick my butt on the regular. It's a tiny bit easier to do that last set of (insert something hard) when you are laughing and your coach is telling you to work hard, yet commiserating with you at the same time. It's a unique ability that not all trainers have. We miss you, Jenny!

I had the good fortune of taking bootcamp classes from Jenny in Seattle. After 8 weeks of walking with a cane and recovering from a back injury I was intimidated to begin exercising again. Jenny made the transition fun and challenging while offering me safe alternatives to exercises i could not yet do. I left every class feeling accomplished and like I had definitely gotten a solid workout. I lost inches and pounds within the first three weeks. Her classes fly by, are varied enough to keep you on your toes and from getting burnt out or bored. I've gained so much strength and stamina. I will miss Jenny's classes and just have to say her future clients will be SO LUCKY to have her!

Jenny is amazing! Her workouts are challenging but she's so sweet you keep going back for more. I feel amazing and have lost almost 30 pounds. She genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for her clients. Just looking at her you can tell she lives what she teaches. She's in amazing shape herself. If you are here thinking about getting started stop thinking and DO IT. Invest in yourself. You're in good hands with Jenny.

I've been working out with Jenny for over a year now, and I always look forward to our sessions. Her workouts are athletic and interesting, and she keeps me moving and motivated. Jenny is compassionate, precise, and kind, and I have been injury free since working out with her. I recommend Jenny to all my friends and family.

I trained with Jenny for several months and she's awesome! She's a unique combination of unassuming, relaxed and kick-ass. I like a workout where I can feel like I'm being pushed to give more than I had thought I could. She did that while making it fun and low-pressure. I never felt judged or condescended to - not always easy to find.
