Introduction: I use a variety of different training techniques and devices. I have been doing this since '02 and nothing is more valuable than experience. I also teach an intense 75 minute boxing class twice a week.
I love my job. Watching people become stronger, fitter and more confident is very rewarding. The relationships I've built with my clients are amazing.
