Introduction: I have been cooking all of my life. I worked at Cafe Flora for 15 years as a sous chef. I am knowledgeable in vegetarian, vegan, raw, healthy, gluten-free, meats, and mostly any type of cooking, except very exotic meats and things like that. I have cooked for people who are just out of surgery, cancer and AIDS patients, and just everyday people. The type of cooking I enjoy the most is very personal, for people that I care about , or people who appreciate simple, healthy, home comfort foods. When I say simple, I do not mean lack of flavor. Sometimes, the most simple flavors are the best, when you taste the food for what it is, where it came from. I guarantee that those whom I cook for will not be disappointed.
