- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For meal prep, we'll meet to discuss dietary needs and goals, then put together a meal plan. I send menus to the client for approval before the cooking session, and always ask for feedback after. We eventually get to a point where I know the exact taste preferences of the client. For private/group yoga sessions, I meet with the client prior to putting together a sequence, to learn about health concerns, injuries,, surgeries, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Foodservice Management/Culinary Arts, Johnson & Wales University, 2003-2007 200 hour RYT Trufusion YogaTeacher Training, 2016 3rd Place in Women's Division: Nevada Yoga Asana Regionals, 2012
