Project changes and updates need to be clearly and concisely communicated to you the client. If you have a question you contact us. It’s a process and one we are happy to engage in with you. When the job is done we want you happy. Much of our business is referral based. We have enjoyed business for 25+ years on the strength of those referrals.
Rob has devoted most of his life to construction. It truly is his passion. He began in vocational high school, then college and paid and unpaid internships. He later took strategic jobs to enhance his craft further. His goal was to excel in areas that others could not (or would not) understand. Upon his father’s death when he was a teenager, Rob was forced into learning creative ways of solving problems. Where others see problems and dead ends he sees solutions and fixes. For every construction problem he can give you three solutions. Many people feel the code is the ultimate goal or highest bar to achieve for a project. Rob believes the building code is the minimal standard and it’s just a starting point in any project. Some builders see job security in inadequate job performance, questionably charging for changes. Rob is not that kind of contractor. His company does it right the first time. He wants his product to last longer, be safer and look more beautiful.

Our project was a surprise bathroom leak that traveled down to the garage. Rob gave us an immediate and honest assessment against what we might be up against. However, what started for us as a painful unplanned expense ended up incredibly wonderful! The journey involved plumbing, wiring, lighting, drywall, tiling, cabinetry, ventilation fan install, flooring, and painting. Creative Home Renovations performed everything that was needed—all with precision and efficiency. Each day, we were given a clear preview of what to expect and decisions we could make (or needed to make). We were a true partner in this project--we were never upsold nor treated condescendingly for budget-prompted choices. Rob, Arnold, and Michael all treated us and our home with utmost respect, helping us to find the right finishing touches everywhere.
Creative Home Renovations had vast experience to come up with the right solutions and left us in awe by what they completed (two beautifully remodeled bathrooms and garage repairs). In the end, we wish we had more funds to continue upgrading our house with Creative Home Renovations!

I knew I wanted to hire Rob when he said that he didn't want any money upfront. In fact, his first bill didn't come until two weeks worth of work had been completed. That's the kind of trust and integrity that Rob possesses. Rob said the job would take 3 months, but it only took 6 weeks, WAY ahead of schedule. What used to be an old carriage house that was neither square nor plumb, is now a fully functioning 1 bedroom rental. The quality of work and attention to detail were evident in the end results, and I can't thank Rob and his team enough. You won't regret hiring him!

Rob was absolutely fantastic! He removed a wall—with a fireplace in it—that separated my kitchen and living room. During the quote, he even climbed up into my attic to make sure everything could safely be removed. He offered great suggestions I hadn’t even considered.
Rob told me they’d start work at 7:00 a.m. and finish around 5:00 p.m.—and sure enough, he was at my door at 7:01 on the dot! His crew worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and hauled away all the trash. They even humored me by setting aside the metal for recycling and placing it on the curb.
My African Grey parrot even liked him—and if you know anything about African Greys, you know how rare it is for them to tolerate strangers, let alone allow someone to hold them!
By the second day, the lighting was installed, my ceiling was patched, and everything was made safe for my grandkids and pets until I decide how to arrange the new space after my floors are installed. I couldn’t be happier with the results or the experience.

We have been working with Rob for several years now. He is a not only an experienced and talented designer/contractor, he is an easy and fun person to work with. You can “trust” Rob.
Rob did an amazing job with our kitchen back splash and full bathroom remodel which included removing doorways and adding windows, all new fixtures and extensive beautiful tile work. All of Rob's work was done carefully and thoughtfully to ensure not only the best looking work but that all the structure and items behind the walls were completed to the highest standards. Rob doesn't believe in shortcuts and it really shows in his work. This was our first real remodel attempt and Rob spent a significant amount of time shopping with us to help us find the products and materials to use and explaining our options. He held our hands and walked us through it and we ended up with a fantastic bathroom that wows our guests.
Later we called upon Rob to save us from an extensive remodel project that was started by another contractor that a friend had suggested for this size of a project. What a huge mistake! This guy strung us along for 9 months without completing the project as contracted. It was awkward to switch contractors in the middle of a job but Rob was so wonderful. He showed up like a long lost friend and quickly fixed plumbing mistakes and finished the remainder of the work (which was a lot).
We are now looking at purchasing a new house and like a good friend Rob gave us his time to walk through the new house and provide us with some ideas of what we could and couldn't do with it within our projected budget. His ideas were so encouraging and exciting that we have decided to move forward with the purchase. We can't wait to get into the new place and with Rob's help turn it into a wonderful retirement oasis. Rob is currently helping us get our current place ready to sell and hopefully I can soon post some pictures of Rob's beautiful work.
Rob is the only contractor we will use.

Working with Rob has been a fantastic experience.
I shopped around and got quotes from many different contractors/companies for adding a MIL suite to my basement and Rob was the clear winner. He was the only one who actively worked with me to realize my idea/vision.
Rob brought so much experience, skill, and insight to the project. A true asset when working on an old house that has its quirks. He was punctual and productive each and every day.
He was able to stop water from getting into the basement, added a room, stairwell landing, doors to separate the basement from the rest of the house, plumbing for a kitchen, new flooring, and a good amount of electrical reconfiguring.
My budget didn't allow for me to completely finish the project but I know that Rob will be the first person I call once I'm ready to do so.
