I wish I could be leaving a different review, as our initial communication with Green Built was great and up to a standard of practice that seemed appropriate. We were looking to have a company install an automatic gate for our home, and Green Built got as far as coming over for an estimate (the guy who came over was great)—but after that, things quickly dropped off. I had to badger someone to actually GET the estimate, which I received a couple weeks after someone came out, and since then I have been calling a couple times a week to have the project started OR at LEAST have someone communicate with me if Green Built isn’t available. After many calls and texts to them, I suppose I am giving up and moving on to another company. This is shame, since the initial point of contact with Green Built seemed promising. I certainly could not recommend that anyone on thumbtack even contact them. Don’t waste your time, as I did.
