Working with Mogi was a fantastic experience. He helped me with the framing, drywall (mud and texture, and electrical for our master bathroom remodel. He is very knowledgeable and does quality work. He gave me great alternatives/recommendations to our original plan. He understands the updated building codes.

He quoted me a fair price and they expedited the work. We were very happy and I highly recommend him.

Details: Other • Already have plans - just need installation • No, everything is removed - I just need installation • No, I do not need plumbing or electrical lines installed • Yes, I need drywall applied • Home

Mogi & his company was great and very helpful with my bathroom remodeling goal. They did a lot of work on my bathroom. They moved & added plumbing. They relocated my bathtub, vanity, & door. They put tiles and made a custom vanity table in one of my bathroom closets. I felt he really wanted the job to be done well. I also felt they were knowledgeable about plumbing & electrical work. I am looking forward to continuing to work with this company. Thank you.

Details: Full remodel of existing bathroom • Yes, plumbing will need to be relocated • Yes, electrical will need to be relocated • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • Fix other damage (e.g. mold, termite) • Update the bathroom's look • Replace bathroom furniture and fixtures • Expand the bathroom • Master (attached to main bedroom) • Residential

Mogi, was fantastic to work with, he knows his trade very well and offered some great suggestions to help with my home remodel that I hadnt thought of and ended up using. Even though his first language isn’t English he does his best to communicate and kept me in the loop of what was needed and always confirmed things and made sure I was happy with the locations before installing. He is very accommodating and ended up installing additional security lights outside plus relocating some existing lights and outlets which were outside the original scope of the project. He worked well alongside my general contractor when needed and when my contractor left for vacation without having finished the job, Mogi quickly arrange a colleague of his to come over and relocate my waterheater, washer and kitchen sink which included running new gas lines and fitting new water pipes. Mogi definitely went above and beyond anything I expected and is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend to use him.

Details: Replacement • New installation • Upgrade wiring, fixture, or equipment • Lights • Switches • Outlets • Wiring • Indoors • 8 - 10 feet (standard ceiling) • House

Mogi installed new electric heaters and grounded outlets in my 1956 triplex. He did a wonderful job installing everything quickly with a minimum of damage to the walls. He also found a couple of problems with wiring that had been done incorrectly, and brought them to my attention and fixed them right away. I will definitely hire Mogi again!
