We hired Mogi and his team for partial remodeling of our family room and guest room including : - Installation of new ceilings and moulding - Instillation of new baseboards - Painting 3 rooms and doors First of all his quotation was unbeatable, his crew is professional and hard working, we barely noticed their existence at home. They finished the job on time with a good quality. I recommend him for home improvements. Thanks

We initially called Mogi in to fix several electrical problems and then expanded the scope to installing recessed lighting and ultimately redoing the entire bathroom! We got over 5 quotes for the work and his came in the lowest and seemed more trustworthy than the others. We are glad we chose him to do the work. He did a great job and met the quoted completion time even though we made changes and added more work. We have never met or dealt with a contractor with this level of integrity, honesty, and quality of work. We will definitely hire him again.

Mogi and his crew painted multiple interior areas in our home where we’d done some remodeling. They also hung crown in our family room and installed customized casing around a built-in wine fridge. They showed up on time and worked efficiently, and the work was good quality. When finished they were willing to touch up anywhere I asked. Mogi is very interested in making sure you are happy with the final product. This is refreshing. Part of the job involved trying to fix some shoddy work another contractor had just done on casing and texture, and they did a good job to fix that as best they could. Mogi proved himself on this project and I would definitely recommend his services. I am in discussions with him now to hire him and his crew for a larger garage remodel project.

Working with Mogi was a fantastic experience. He helped me with the framing, drywall (mud and texture, and electrical for our master bathroom remodel. He is very knowledgeable and does quality work. He gave me great alternatives/recommendations to our original plan. He understands the updated building codes. He quoted me a fair price and they expedited the work. We were very happy and I highly recommend him.

Best handyman in entire Seattle. Yes, You heard it right. Last few months, I have been contacting many contractor and handyman for various project in my seattle house. Also got screwed two times for hiring a wrong person for the job. Finally, I found Mogi (TLG group)...Thank god!! What do I like about them ? 1/ Reasonable price with quality work - He quoted resonable price for my bathroom remodel project and did excellent work. 2/ Professionalism - From beginning, he showed up on time while i requested a quote. Thruout the project, He and his person showed up everyday and finished the job on the time. They left home clean. 3/ Flexible - His patience level is amazing. I had few changes along the way and he was able to accomdate all of that. Most importantly, he didn't took bad advantage of those changes. I would hire him again and again.
