Tim J. says, "Robert helped with a few things: Cleaning our outdoor gas grill, greasing some hinges, fixing a double-hung window, and tightening some loose faucets. The grill is spotless, inside and out. This is a task where I've spent hours before and still couldn't get the grill as clean, and I made myself and my yard filthy while doing it. Robert was able to do it in place in a short time, and it looked far better than it did when I cleaned it, and with no mess. I expected Robert to just just add some grease or WD-40 to the hinges, but he removed the pins and greased them, which I'm sure will result in a far better and longer-lasting squeak free experience. The faucets were in a *really* tight spot behind the sink. I'd tried several times to tighten them and then gave up. Robert was able to succeed in these tight spots. The double-hung window "swing out" attachment had broken at some point when one of my kids undid the latch and let it slam down. The hook that holds it in place had come out and broken the plastic. I didn't look to see how Robert fixed it, but it was working after that, and he fixed the missing pin in our screen while he was at it. Overall, I'll plan to hire Robert again when I need anything. He works very quickly, is very clean, very respectful, and charges very reasonable rates."See more
