FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is market-based and transparent. Our rates reflect current demand, material costs, and workload. When the market is busy and skilled labor is in high demand, prices may be higher. During slower seasons, pricing can be more flexible. We’re upfront about this so customers can plan their projects at the right time and get the best value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short conversation to understand the project and expectations. Then I provide a clear estimate, discuss materials and finishes, and set a realistic timeline. From fabrication to finishing and installation, I keep the customer informed so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I gained my experience through hands-on, real-world work in my own fabrication and powder coating shop. While my learning path has been practical and experience-based, the team I work with — including my business partner and key employees — has formal training in metal fabrication and finishing, with certifications and documentation to support their qualifications.
