- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies on the type of job: For handyman services I charge 75.00 per hour + materials and any other job related expenses needed to perform work. For custom builds I charge 95.00 per hour + a 20% mark up fee on all materials and any subcontractors that might be needed to complete a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person and get my eyes on a potential project. From there, I seek to give the customer an estimate that most accurately represents what it might cost to fulfill their request as well as a few alternatives they may not have thought about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years working experience for various design and remodeling outfits. I was also raised by a general contractor and have become familiar to the trades by growing with them.
