- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive. I seldom offer discounts as my prices are fair and reasonable. I do not bait and switch. While there are occasions when we run into unforeseen circumstances after submitting a proposal the price I submit is the price I stand by. I itemize my proposals, sometimes allowing you the alternative of doing some of the work. avoiding ambiguities in the proposal in pursuit of meeting our mutual expectations. I do not require any money in advance. I always keep my customers ahead of the curve in regards to payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with you andlisten to your needs and expectations. I impart alternatives as needed to perhaps save you money. Inform and educate. Write up an itemized proposal, usually on site. Upon agreement schedule material delivery as needed. Schedule dates for the work to be performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years I have earned many ongoing certificates of education. I participate in many of my distributors clinics that they have offered over the years. Even though I have been involved in this trade for many years, the trade is evolving very fast and it is imperative to constantly be exposing myself to new ideas. Always more to learn.
