FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have two main offerings. First, short-term services, like functional lab testing and elimination diet programs for those that have specific goals or aren't interested in or ready for a 1-year commitment. These run $200-400, which I will roll into the concierge program if you decide you want more. Second, a 1-year membership that usually runs between $1,500-$2,500 depending on complexity. Healthy folks looking to optimize their health and work on prevention only may be less and folks with multiple chronic illnesses may be more. This provides you with frequent visits (we talk about every 2-3 weeks), and access to me by phone, text, or email as needed and when you need it - 24/7. And, if you live within a reasonable drive from me, I'm happy to come visit you in person, generally at your home. I split my time between Seattle, WA and Ann Arbor, MI.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. After intake paperwork is completed we will have an ~1.5 hour intake to review the paperwork and work on your health care goals. We may need to run labs after this appointment or after a later one. 2. The 2nd visit is a follow-up to the initial appointment. I will have an outlined wellness focused strategy that we review and complete together. 3. As this is a membership program, we will have many formal and impromptu follow-ups appointments, phone calls, texts, and email. We should expect to talk every 2-3 weeks depending on your current health and goals. 4. Occasionally I will have general health webinars that you can attend for free online. 5. Because this service is delivered remotely, I don't commit to being in any 1 physical location. That said, I am usually in either Seattle, WA or Ann Arbor, MI. If I am in your area I'm happy to make a home visit or meet you where it is convenient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high honors degree in Cellular and Molecular biology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (ND) at Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington.
