- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please know that my quote may be negotiable, once I have seen your property. All Thumbtack quotes are determined by rooms and sq. footage. If your property is very well kept by you, I may be able to reduce the bill. It can also go the other way. I do offer a 10% discount for weekly visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to meet the people and go over the property with them, take a walk through--see if there are questions, or directives. I have taken jobs where a key was hidden for my visit. In that case I never see the owner, not my preference, though it works for a one time visit. I like to meet the family/person AND the family pet/pets. I LOVE DOGS......fat cats, too!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in Housekeeping at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tacoma for 4 years. I worked the Surgery in the Round and the Morgue. Not many volunteers for either. I also cleaned the nunnery, loved it, they were great. !It was challenging! The Surgery room has to be disinfected within 10 minutes for the next surgery. I think that's where I picked up my speed. My accounts say I'm fast. They don't mind, because my work does not suffer. I'll spare you tales of the Morgue.
