They do a very good job with the cleaning, and I’m happy with the quality of their work. However, communication can be difficult due to the language barrier, and responses are sometimes slow, which can be frustrating when trying to coordinate or clarify details. If communication were easier, the experience would be much better overall.

Pacific Breeze Cleaning was very responsive and helped me work out a plan within a week for a deep clean. They arrived early and were very kind and receptive to what i needed. The price they quoted was reasonable and worth the work they did. They even placed flowers on my dining table - a nice surprise to come home to. I am setting up a recurring schedule with them for my housekeeping needs.
