Our pricing is based on the size of the home, type of cleaning (Standard, Deep, or Move In/Move Out), and any requested add-on services. We provide upfront, transparent quotes with no hidden fees. For new customers, we occasionally offer limited-time discounts or seasonal promotions, such as $50 off your first cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you book your first cleaning, you’ll receive a confirmation with your appointment details and cleaner information. Before the cleaning, our team checks in to confirm arrival time and review any special requests. After the cleaning, we follow up to ensure you’re fully satisfied — and if anything falls short, our 100% satisfaction guarantee means we’ll make it right within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Miracle Maids cleaners go through our onboarding and training program, which covers our Standard Operating Procedures, safety protocols, customer service standards, and detailed cleaning checklists for each room type. We also provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews to maintain consistent quality and professionalism.
