Purchased a home with need for foundation rebuild, and Ram Jack West provided top-quality foundation work. I got to chat with Brian and Bryce a few times during the process, great couple of guys.With anchors to hold the foundation, steel reinforcements around the skirt, it is all tied together with modern application of carbon fibers.The crew worked through some hot temperatures and never compromised their quality. They communicated with me asking about how I would like them to proceed with each step of the process.Each plant, walkway, and fence was asked about before disturbing. They checked where to park crew vehicles and equipment each day. They even asked me about my curbside expectations that could be important to any homeowner.Ram Jack West really puts attention to details and works with customers. It looks nice, and there was minimal disturbance.The work took only a few days, the permit process took longer than the actual job. Their project manager & CSR, Sydney was friendly (if very busy) She kept me apprised as they set up the work order, including important dates and what to expect.The crew made excellent use of the space, even operated a mini-excavator without tracking up my yard! They restored everything at the end, putting fences back to how they were, replanting bushes that were alongside the house, and the backfill to the curtain drain was completed specific to the soil type in my land.Ram Jack West is knowledgeable, hard working, and provides a modern and quality product. Color me impressed! Nice work.

Very much disappointed why would not do manufacturing home when ur tick tock said you did . And the look the tech gave me feel.like I'm beneath this company. If you don't do manufacturer home I would recommend replacing that ad on Facebook too for misleading the consumer . After the owner called me we determined. That the main company. Marking from ram jack was to blame i took to heart , after the chat we did get a referral. To a company that specializes in manufactured homes. . And the owner is looking at our house . We experienced a large landslide near are property. Our home shifted quite quickly and showed signs that it would continue to sink. We had RamJack come out and appraise the situation. We agreed to use them as the other popular choice was trying to use scare tactics, and frankly their ideas would cause more harm then good.Once work was able to start the crew was great. They worked quickly and respectfully.Was it expensive? Yes. Worth it? I feel also yes. They were able to help level the house a bit with no additional damage as well as secure it.I would highly recommend them.
