We went with Richard originally because he was not only super knowledgeable, with an amazing attention to detail, but he was super respectful of my kids and made me and my husband feel comfortable and confident that he was a good guy and would do a great job.
We were only proven right when he went to work- he not only did a great job but exceeded expectations in both quality of work and overall painting experience.
As an example: I might have subtly hinted that the paint wasn’t quite what I thought it would be (just a little lighter) and he was off to the races! Richard investigated, discovered that the paint supplier mixed incorrectly, and advocated on my behalf to get the corrected paint delivered same day at no additional cost (of course no fault of his AT ALL). Despite the mixup he was able to get the job done with amazing attention to detail and BEFORE the estimated timeline.
This entire experience was professional, super empathetic, above and beyond my expectations; and at a great price. Highly recommend Alvarado painting for any painting needs.
