One of the best service experiences we’ve had in Seattle. The team made my townhome absolutely transform. Outside of high quality work, we really appreciated how the team provided great consulting, giving us options and choices to approach a painting problem rather than just using that as an opportunity to add costs. Had a great experience with Alvarado Painting. They were prompt to come out and give an on-site estimate of the work project and kept in-touch while we solidified the project start time (it kept raining and delaying our exterior paint project). On the day of the project, they did a fantastic, highly professional job. I will be hiring them again for future paint projects!

Alvarado Painting was an absolute pleasure to work with and went above and beyond (and then some). We went with Richard originally because he was not only super knowledgeable, with an amazing attention to detail, but he was super respectful of my kids and made me and my husband feel comfortable and confident that he was a good guy and would do a great job. We were only proven right when he went to work- he not only did a great job but exceeded expectations in both quality of work and overall painting experience. As an example: I might have subtly hinted that the paint wasn’t quite what I thought it would be (just a little lighter) and he was off to the races! Richard investigated, discovered that the paint supplier mixed incorrectly, and advocated on my behalf to get the corrected paint delivered same day at no additional cost (of course no fault of his AT ALL). Despite the mixup he was able to get the job done with amazing attention to detail and BEFORE the estimated timeline. This entire experience was professional, super empathetic, above and beyond my expectations; and at a great price. Highly recommend Alvarado painting for any painting needs.

Richard and his team were absolutely amazing with my ceiling and wall repainting project. He was incredibly helpful when explaining what work was needed to prime the ceiling before repainting and went the extra mile to get the exact paint color when repairing the outside balcony ceiling. I can't recommend Richard and his team enough!
