Gian is an excellent contractor. He painted my house and did other repair works with a very reasonable price. He finished his work on time as he promised and I am very satisfied with the work that he has done. It is very hard to find a good and honest contractor like him. I would recommend Gian to anyone who needs any kind of repairs to their house. I was very happy that I found him. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I tried to replace old shower caulking myself and ended up causing water damage to baseboards on both sides of the bathroom wall. I asked another handyman for a repair quote. He said that there was major damage to the shower and that I would need a whole new bathroom for about $10-20k. Then I asked eco-green for a repair quote. The handyman came and diagnosed the problem to the shower sweep. We made an appointment and he replaced the sweep, resealed the shower, and replaced the damaged baseboards, saving me a lot of money against the first quote.

This is a hard review to leave, I was originally hoping to give this team a great review! Their lack of professionalism left much to be desired.
PROs:
- they did finish the job
- correct color was applied
- because I got my neighbor to join the project, they agreed to give us a $100 discount
- project was painted fairly quickly
CONs:
- TERRIBLE communication; they never responded in a timely manner, forcing us to follow up so many times
- they didn’t paint our window trims correctly; they did such a bad job we had to have them come AGAIN to fix their work
- they didn’t ask us to check their work BEFORE they left; as a result, they had to come back to fix areas in our walls they completely missed! I kid you not.
- they forgot to paint our house numbers!!! They literally left everything blue and never once did it occur to them that house numbers need to be SEEN.
- when I spoke to the owner about the issues, she took NO RESPONSIBILITY for the areas her team messed up; she made excuses about how “men dont pay attention to details.” If you are an adult I expect you to behave like an adult and take responsibility for when your business does not perform as expected. Maybe don’t hire a team that you cannot rely on to do the job well!
As you can see, there are more cons than pros with this team, which sadly made me realize I could not give them a good review. Let’s hope they learn to take responsibility after reading this review and hopefully they decide to work on some improvements!
