FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a fixed proposal, but do need to survey the job most of the time prior to submitting a written proposal. We often times can submit a proposal on site at the time of the estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact the customer for a phone call to gather a clear expectation for the work that is being performed. We then will set up an appointment to see the project to see if our services are a good fit for the project at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes this is very important to our company. I've sat on the board for the PDCA king county chapter, are members of the BBB, PDCA, MBA, and Wallingford, Fremont, Phinney Chambers. We have also worked with outside business consultants for the past five years which has been a huge part of our success in growing professionally. Me and my team also regularly attend trade shows and train internally for safety, craft skills and leadership training.
