We had a water leak in our basement after several days of heavy rain. We talked to a few companies, but after thinking it through, we chose City Construction Solution. From the first inspection, it was clear these guys are real experts. Stephan spent almost two hours checking everything, explaining our options, and showing examples from their previous projects.A few days later, we got a detailed report and estimate, which was great because this type of work isnt cheap and we wanted to know exactly what we were paying for. Stephan recommended installing a French Drain system. Other companies suggested basement gutter drains, but after talking with him and doing my own research, I realized basement gutter drains arent a good solution for basement protection. The system City Construction Solution installs goes deeper, protects better from soil clogging, and reduces hydrostatic pressure on the walls.Stephan and his team worked for four days, kept us updated the whole time, and cleaned everything up when they finished. Im really happy I trusted my choice - no regrets at all. 10 out of 10.Thank you, Stephan and the team!
