My home sits in a dip where rainwater and groundwater kinda flows down into. We discovered evidence of flooding in our crawl space so we got City Construction Solution to come take a look. I worked with Serge primarily to inspect the space and come up with a remediation plan. Serge and team were very thorough in their analysis of the situation. They came up with a plan at a reasonable price point. They worked very hard over the course of several days to put in new french drains, new posts, and new sump pump. The water now drains out into the street rather than pool in my crawl space. Finally, they discovered and repaired cracks in the foundation of the home. I couldn't be more pleased with Serge and the team.

Had City Construction install drainage lines for my six downspouts that were just draining around my foundation. Also had them lift and even out my front walkway to the house. Erick was friendly and efficient in his estimate. Explained everything well. The crew came out and did a very good job on everything, completing it in two long days. They work long and hard even when it drizzled one day while they were working. Only wish they spent an extra couple hours on a third morning to clean up a bit better than what they could do in the dark. But it’s not a big deal. Would highly recommend them.

City Construction Solution helped us address a leak in our finished basement by building a French drain leading to a sump pump built into our backyard patio. We appreciated that our project manager, Erick, did not try to oversell on the scope of work, provided a fair estimate, and clearly explained each step of the project. He was very responsive, helpful, and understanding. The project foreman, Sergey, was very knowledgeable and quickly addressed unforeseen issues that came up. He and his entire crew all worked hard and diligently to ensure the project was completed in a timely manner. We also appreciated the visit from the customer service rep, Irina, who came to make sure we were happy with the work done upon completion of the project. We hopefully will never have the need to hire another contractor to work on waterproofing our basement, but if we do, we will absolutely call City Construction Solutions. Highly recommend!
