Make sure they have looked out for your best interest! Your cleaning company should (JUST AS WE ARE!): 1. Have direct employees! A lot of companies subcontract their cleaners! EEK! This means the company takes no responsibility for what they do in your home! 1. Bonded (ProLux carries a $25,000 theft bond coverage!) 2. Suitable General liability Insurance (ProLux covers damages to your home of up to $1,000,000) 3. Have a SERVICE GUARANTEE.
