We had LFM expand our pantry by removing the original closet-style pantry and adding cabinets. As the project continued, we added some electrical work, kitchen floor repair and island paneling. We are happy with the quality of the cabinets they added for our pantry wall, the electrical work/lights and flooring. Our biggest issue is when it came to finishing up the details of our project, LFM fell short. I ended up having to message them frequently to finish up the remaining unfinished items and even when they did come, they didn't complete everything on the final punch list. I felt frustrated by having to manage the remaining details when we had a project manager (He started out present but fizzled out over time). We had a deadline to meet because we were having all the kitchen cabinets painted and, even after postponing the painting, LFM still didn't complete their portion of the job before painting started. When LFM came to drill holes in our cabinets for hardware, my husband had to re-drill many of them because the guy went so quickly, that the holes were at angles and needed to be leveled out. So while we love our new cabinets, I wouldn't hire LFM to do anything for us again due to trouble with follow through on the entire project and inconsistent effort from their workers. We were also disappointed we never had a final walk-through of our finished project as was outlined in our contract. I expressed my dissatisfaction in the google chat we used for communication throughout the project but no one responded to me.
