FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re able to remain highly competitive because we work with our own dedicated in-house team. We do not rely on subcontractors. From the first day to final completion, the same crew is responsible for your project. This approach allows us to maintain consistent quality, clear communication, and dependable timelines. When we quote a timeframe, it is our own team delivering the work and seeing it through as promised.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by meeting with homeowners to understand their vision, ideas, and goals for the project. Once we are aligned, we invite them to view select past projects so they can experience the quality of our work firsthand and see the lasting relationships we build with our clients. After everything is clearly defined and agreed upon, we move forward with the project and remain closely involved from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process and a result that reflects both the vision and the craftsmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team stays current through ongoing education and training to remain aligned with industry standards and best practices. Our project managers, designers, and engineers meet regularly to review emerging trends, new materials, and evolving approaches in home improvement. Company supervisors also attend industry seminars and professional events, ensuring that knowledge is shared across the entire team. This commitment to learning allows us to deliver a thoughtful, informed experience and results our customers can feel confident in and enjoy for years to come.
