Amazing portable window AC install! Went above and beyond to install wooden slab, custom cut, and brought nails. Dennis even put caulking along the parts that needed it. 5 stars!!!

I hired Tandem construction to install an awning above my window (on a second floor of a townhome). What I had thought to be a relatively straightforward job turned out to be much more complicated due to poor instructions that came with the product (that I purchased). Nevertheless, Tandem didn't give up and got the job done beautifully and accurately. He was also punctual and polite.

Dennis helped to fix the sink by resealing. He is very prompt to respond and had exhibited patience after several reschedules from my side. My tenant mentioned that his work was great and had nothing but positive experience

My experience with Dennis was awesome. He is very detail oriented, well procedural in work and enthusiastic in what he does. There were few times in the project where things came out more complicated than expected but Dennis figured out a way out of them to complete the properly without putting hacks that would have worried me. He had to work extra but didn't ask for more price than he quoted at the start. Very genuine as a person. Would hire him in future happily.
