What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a first time customer discount on projects above $3000.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get in contact with our client; we prefer to hop on a quick call to find out more of their project from there we schedule a onsite assessment. Once the assessment is completed our client receives their quote 24-48hrs after assessment, from there they choose to schuelde the work and we get it done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've had our general contractor license for over 10 years, our whole field service teams are completing their osha 10 certifications
