Vehicle Options & Capacity: Sedan — Up to 2 Passengers Full Size Black SUV — Up to 5-6 Passengers Passenger Van — Up to 10-12 Passengers Shuttle Bus — Up to 24-28 Passengers Standard Rental Agreement: All deposits are NON refundable. Cancellation made within 48 hours of trip will be billed in full. Capital Transportation LLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Sanitation fee is $250.00. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Alcohol consumption, drug use, and smoking are not permitted in our vehicles. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in weather caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, closures, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Balance will be paid in full prior to service. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity due to insurance requirements and the safety of all passengers.
