Transforming Conflict

Introduction: In addition to my legal background, I have had extensive mediation training. I was certified as a mediator in civil and family matters by the Dispute Resolution Center of King County in 2004 and have over 400 hours in mediation skills training and workshops. My practice is client-centered, which means that the parties make the agreements rather than the lawyers or mediator. Parties do not need to hire lawyers in order to start their work with me. I will help them discuss and decide when and how to work with lawyers, as well as other professionals, in order to keep the process affordable while insuring that the parties are fully informed.
