FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs depend on the customer, I have one customer that request a lot of typing and word processing. Another customer that I have, often needs help with technical equipment and advice on how to use commands within a software program. Individual customers that come in, mostly need fax and scan service. Some people nowadays prefer to scan a document and have it sent via email rather than to take a chance with a busy fax line and information not reaching its destination by a deadline. Recently, I've had students from community colleges come in asking for internet print-outs and hand-written documents to be typed quickly and ready to turn-in by by the next day. Also, I have all sorts of people coming in for notary jobs, those usually involve legal rights and property.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You know, even though it may sound so simple, look for spelling, grammar, and punctuation in a person's ad. If a person doing business is not thorough or conscientious enough to use spellcheck, or a dictionary: most likely, they will be the same way with their service to you!
