Victoria and Ryan were a highlight of the party! Our Company, Elegante Soirees, hired their services to support a 90s Themed Prom birthday party. They were extremely patient, working around the various vendors during the event setup and breakdown. They even helped us create delicious signature "Punches" to align with the theme. Throughout the event they were very courteous and helpful with the guests. And they even offered assistance to help in other tasks as needed!
To Victoria and Ryan, thank you thank you so much for your help, patience, and words of encouragement throughout the evening! The birthday girl and all the guests were raving about you! They absolutely loved the punches! :-)
I appreciate all that you did to help us get the party started and especially appreciate Ryan weathering the cold outside!

Victoria was absolutely amazing on our wedding day! We had originally hired another Day-of Coordinator who unfortunately had a family emergency a week before our wedding and was no longer able to work with us. We reached out to VEVENTS, and Victoria responded so quickly and sent over her calendar so we could find a time to meet as soon as possible.
Even with just a week's notice and a week's worth of prep, Victoria went above and beyond what we expected. She came to our rehearsal on Friday to help figure out the timing of our ceremony and then arrived right on time at the venue on Saturday to help the Groom with all of the last minute details of setting up.
Victoria seriously thought of all the details, just as we would, and took care of them so that we (and our families) could enjoy the day. She worked well with our vendors and families, and we heard raving reviews from them as well. The Mother of the Bride even said if anyone else in the family has a wedding in the Seattle-Tacoma area that she would absolutely love to work with Victoria again!

Vevents were the bartenders for our wedding and they were amazing! We could not have been happier. We actually had guests come up to us and say, “your bartenders are awesome.” They were so helpful at advising us on our shopping list and had great recommendations on drinks to include. They also custom created two specialty cocktails for our event based on themes we provided them, and they went above and beyond to make sure the drinks were exactly what we were hoping to offer our guests. They were also just nice, kind people. I definitely recommend reaching out and booking them for your event!

Victoria and Kierstan were fantastic! They were super personable, and very professional. They went above and beyond to help make our sons wedding a success by doing things like helping to clear the tables when the bar was slower and suppling ice. They were awesome, we would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to book them in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is non-negotiable and is set based on guest attendance and anticipated travel needs/supplies up to 25 miles from Seattle.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with an initial consultation where I just get to know you and the basics of your vision. From there we will schedule up to 3 meetings either virtually or in-person to plan your event. In between meetings, I am available to answer any questions via email. Select services may include additional meetings for event design/rentals, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of hospitality management helps me understand the flow of events and background needs for vendors
