My name is Ann Thoeny, and I represent people who have been injured by the carelessness of others. As a personal injury attorney, I am frequently battling insurance companies because they do not want to pay you a fair amount for your suffering. I used to work for insurance companies, and I know how they operate. Now I use my insider's knowledge to help my clients recover the damages they deserve for the harm done to them.
I have 30 years of legal experience, and I have tried many cases to a jury. I have also negotiated and settled many cases prior to trial. As an experienced litigator, I have the ability to gracefully present your case to a jury and the knowledge to know when to move towards a settlement.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I receive a contingency fee of 1/3 of the settlement amount or award.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can do an initial consultation on the phone. If we decide that you need legal representation, I will meet with you in my office. We will discuss the facts in more detail, including your medical and insurance issues. There is no charge for these services as I do not obtain a fee unless you receive compensation for your injuries.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After graduating from law school, I became a member of the Washington State Bar in 1988. I have been a practicing trial attorney since 1988. I have been working exclusively in the field of personal injury law since 2002. I have the advantage of having worked as a lawyer for the insurance companies, so I am familiar with their tactics.
