FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general, we work on a contingent basis if the Department or employer has already taken specific action terminating benefits, or rejecting or closing a claim. If an injured worker requests assistance on an open claim in which time loss compensation is being paid, a reasonable bi-weekly fee may be taken to insure ongoing assistance on claim issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All initial consultations and case reviews are provided without charge to our potential clients. We are happy to hear from you on the phone, obtain the background information on your case, and permission to review your claim file. Once we have had the opportunity to review the case, we will schedule a follow-up telephone conference to discuss whether or not we can assist in your claim.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
