- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't like locking clients into contracts, so my price is listed for a single session. However, discounted rates are available for clients who weekly training packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first workout is always free. However, only about half of our initial meeting will be exercising. My aim is to evaluate your current fitness levels, any goals you might have, and the reasoning behind wanting to make a change. From there I will program individualized sessions to meet your abilities & goals. Of course, we will get a sweat in towards the end of our first meeting, so you have an idea of what the next session will look like.
