Introduction: I start the process by assessing posture and upon analyzing posture if there are any issues or injuries we include rehabilitation into program. We scale progression to the persons ability and continue progress safely and allow body to adapt. Watching clients progress through their programs and seeing the changes. Changes from physical, to the ability to move properly, sports dominance, to self confidence and it's very fulfilling for me!

For well over 5 years I suffered from pain related to fibromyalgia and myofascial pain syndrome that was almost debilitating. I finally gave up on all the doctors and was tired of being depressed about the pain as well as my growing waistline so I decided to try to join a gym. In the past I have had trainers turn me away due to the long list of issues that I have been diagnosed with and was over the moon to find one, Rich, that was not afraid to work with me. I have stuck with it for over a year and due to being so determined to follow through with the workouts that he gave me I have never felt better. I now only have a few bad pain days every few months but those are cut short with a few of the basics that I have learned from Rich. In all I have lost over 5 pant sizes and I am back to wearing cloths I had in college. I am in my 30’s and I feel better than I did when I was in high school or college. I am also in the best shape I have ever been in and I am enjoying the compliments from friends and family about my figure but most importantly I am enjoying all of the pain free days I am having.
