- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We strongly believe in the quality of our service and with that have developed a fixed pricing model. 1. One on One in person training 60 - 80 Minutes is 95.00 per session, 1/2 Hour Sessions are 47.50 Most of our clients work with us for 90 days to 6 months. One too two times a week. 2. Nutrition Programing is 200.00 per month, 450.00 for 90 days and 750.00 for 6 months. 3. Remote Coaching and Programming is 250.00 per month, 700.00 for 90 days,1400.0 for 6 months and 2300.00 for year. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every new customer first goes through a comprehensive evaluation. We start with a sit-down consult to get to know you, understand your goals and how our services can help. When the consult has been completed we perform a movement and strength screen to so that we can identify where you are at in terms of your general physical preparedness. Every client program comes with nutrition support which we also evaluate prior to developing a strategy to help you achieve your goals. All the information obtained from your consult/lifestyle evaluation, movement screen, and nutrition analysis is then used to create and design a program that works in the short and long term to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I went to school for Biology. Have been in involved in martial arts, sport, and fitness since I was a kid. And with that have over ten different certifications related to training/coaching in addition to over ten years profession experience and hundreds of satisfied clients that I have trained and coached. More importantly, though I am a life-long learner. And am every day, month year developing my knowledge base to better assist the people I have the priviledge to train and coach.
