Strength Development- Both recreational, improving general fitness and sport-specific high-level development. Looking to get a little bit stronger and feel better about yourself. Movement Skill - In Sport, Olympic Lifting, Functional Movement Patterns, Kettle Bells, Tree Climbing. We understand that in order to make progress in the development of your body you first need to have an understanding in how to move. Regardless of your current level of athletic development or lack there of we have the skills to help you progress. At Flow Performance Coaching we take a lot of pride in our ability to teach complex human movement in a way that anyone can understand. 3. Conditioning - Need to be able to perform at short, medium and long time domains. We develop and demystify the science behind aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Regardless of the goal, cardio for fat loss, general conditioning or specific performance enhancement. 4. Mobility/Corrective Exercise - Are you currently injured? Do you feel tight and out of position? Maybe you're concerned about your posture? This is an area of training that we believe can not and must not be neglected. We create and employ a variety of techniques and methodologies to help our clients recover from injury, release built up tension becoming more flexible/mobile, improve resting posture and as of result become more protected from injury and better movers in sport/life. 5. Nutrition - We develop customized educational and developmental programming for a lot of different goals. Whether you want to increase your energy, perform better at your sport or develop your physique by lowering your body fat and increasing muscle. We have the knowledge and experience to help you see results. 6. Life Style Coaching/Development - We've seen clients succeed and fail. Through that experience, we have developed a coaching system and strategies to help you incorporate health and fitness into your life that is both sustainable and long term. I've train with a few coaches I train mma and I'm currently with Nick and have been with for a few years to help me with my strength and conditioning and has helped me put on muscle too he knows how to put weight on and cut wait too, I live in VA and he lives in TX and we check in every week and he keeps me on track with trainers and nutrition he knows his stuff or I would nt have him coach me on strength and conditioning thank u Nick

Best s&c coach I’ve ever had! I’ve tried to lose weight countless of times throughout my life, and I never could lose it and keep it off. I couldn’t find a sustainable nutrition plan and I definitely had trouble finding exercises which were best for me and enjoyable. That was, until I started working with Coach Nick. With his help, I lost over 125 pounds in 8 months! And I’ve kept the weight off at nearly 12 months of working with him. It’s so difficult to lose weight, but with the help of Coach Nick, and his ever evolving master plans, it’s so much easier to achieve and most importantly, sustain. I love my body, the foods I eat, and the people I get to train with! Couldn’t be happier with the results, and can’t recommend Coach Fury’s help enough!

This was a great program! Nick does a great job creating a program that is specific to each person. He uses foods that you already eat to create a great nutrition and exercise program. This is not a diet! Its a guide of meeting nutritional macros to hit your daily protein, carbohydrate, fat & fiber allotments. When I started his programming i was 215 lb with 17.86% body fat. At the end I hit my goal and dropped to 192 lb with 9% body fat. Nick knows what he is doing! Follow his programming and you will hit you goals no problem. Best part is this nutrition programming is sustainable too, if you keep yourself on his plan you can hit and maintain your goals long after your program ends. 100% satisfied customer here.
