Introduction: I coach ad lead by example. I wouldn't ever have others do movements and /workouts that I don't do myself. I will train you just as I train myself. I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, to include: mobility, strength, core, and high intensity training. A balanced program is paramount. I take great pride in coaching others to a healthier lifestyle through activity and fitness. My goal is to motivate people to be their best version, assisting in achieving personal goals. I also enjoy creating new relationships built on trust.

I've tried personal training in the past but never reached my goal. With each session, I struggled a lot. 4 months ago, I was lucky enough to meet Mike. He has amazing understanding of proper techniques for various exercises. He recognized my full potential and pushes me there. He encourages and motivates me to do better, and yet he knows how much I'm capable of. I've been impressed by his passion to help clients, and his ability to connect with them. He's very caring and attentive to what each clients needs, what their limits are, and how far he can push them. He brings positive energy and enthusiasm to every session. He makes each workout challenging, creative and fun. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

I've been a cardio bunny for years. It kind of worked. I moved to Seattle for work and have taken on a more stationary role which had caused significant weight gain. Michael had started incorporating strength and high intensity training. He is a very versatile trainer and is able to work my pre-existing injuries. I had suffered a knee injury while in the military and he was still able to coach me to a fitter state despite my locked conditioning of strictly cardio. Michael is efficient and intentional with his program. He takes into account your physical limitations as well as unlocking your physical potential to push you to the next level. I highly recommend him if you are truly committed to results!

Wanted to up my fitness a bit, so I tried his Tabata boot camp. It was awesome! All the exercises were possible without equipment so it could be done anywhere and he customized the workouts to the areas I wanted to work on most. Always available for help and gave solid advice to fix any issues I was having. Definitely recommend!

Coach Michael is a truly excellent trainer. He really knows his stuff. He is the best combination of tough, pushes his clients to the extreme, but at the same time knowing how much they can handle. Because of his training my body changed and I lost fat in areas that I couldn’t lose on my own. I recommend him without any reservation.
