I chose to have the Senior Artist to restore 3 photographs from the 70s, which were faded from the sun and had a flash glare (sent IRC digital snapshots of the original photos). The colour and quality restoration was impeccable. Their service was timely and friendly.

A co-worker of mine gave me an old black and white photo of her mother. The photo had water damage and a lot of blemishes throughout. I really did not know what to expect but I know this was very important for her so I gave this Image Restoration Center a shot. The photo was e-mailed back to me in a very timely fashion and it looked perfect. Could not have asked for a better result. When I gave the restoredphoto to my co-worker she was overwhelmed with joy (she cried). Thank you for a job well done.

I was looking for a way to restore my grandparents' wedding photo from 1942 as a birthday gift to my father. I googled "PhotoRestoration" and the Image Restoration Center popped up. I liked the straightforward website design and the ease of use to upload my picture and pay for the photo. I received an email confirmation and three days later, received a STUNNING restored black and white image and then also a colorized version. I was BLOWN AWAY by the way they were able to make my image look clean and crisp! My father is going to love his gift. I even sent them one more photo because I was so happy with the first one, and I have 2 more photos in mind for the future. Will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

We had an old family picture from 40 years ago, when I was 7 years old. The picture had ripped and had been taped back together. The picture was taken at Christmas time, and my father passed away that summer, so it was the last family picture we had. Image Restoration Company was able to restore the picture. They did an excellent job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Photo restoration pricing starts at $34.95 for a basic restoration but can vary depending on the damage such as rips, tears, water damage, facial reconstruction, etc. Most photos fall between $34.95 and $80. We also have additional discounts for submitting multiple photos.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer will send us the photos they would like to have restored via our website, email, or through Thumbtack. We can provide a quick and simple quote based on the photos or you can use the self checkout on our website to get a quote yourself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive experience in photo restorations and the tools that are necessary to do the work. Photo restorations are half technical knowledge and have artistic interpretations. Our team is skilled at bringing these two worlds together to create the best photo possible for years to come.
