FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The majority of my clients are above the age of 40, are active and want to continue to be so but realize that they have some limitations such as prior injuries, surgeries, weight management and deconditioning.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a fitness trainer it is important that you are first able to meet and discuss your goals, do a fitness, flexibility and posture analysis as well as come to an understanding concerning rates and schedules. You should feel confident that the trainer first listened to your needs, correctly identify your current level of readiness and can clearly indicate their plan to help you obtain your goals.
