Introduction: Simply , I am older , in my 40's and for that reason have so much more experience not only in training but in life. I am able to mentor most of my clients who depend on me for not only getting them in shape but lifting them up , inspiring them when professional or personal pressures things get in the way of their health. I keep them focused. I build a bond with my clients and most of them I am proud to call my friends. Inspiring my clients . Making them happier about themselves. When a client glows cause they can fit into 2 or 3 smaller sizes, ..when they tone or grow muscle. When they look in the mirror and like themselves, and get compliments like , "You look hot!", That is my favorite.

I have worked with Joe for six months or so, and have thoroughly enjoyed being trained by him. Joe is very focused on achieving the customers goals, which in my case was to add lean muscle. I look forward to working out under his guidance whenever able, and have recommended him to other friends and family. Joe is knowledgeable about exercise, nutrition and other key elements of fitness.

I have trained with Joe for over 5 years. His workouts challenge and develop both my endurance and strength. He has helped me lose weight and gain muscle. I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2012 at age 49. I changed my diet, started taking metformin, and worked out for 90 minutes every other day for 10 months. I lost 20 pounds and got my HgA1c to drop from 9.1 to 7.0. I started working out with Joe a year ago, twice a week for 50 minutes, and it was much more work than I ever did on my own. My doctor discontinued my diabetes medication and my HgA1c is now 5.3. I'm often sore after the workouts. As an added bonus, instead of wearing Levi's with a 42" waist I'm back in 34" jeans. I look much better, I'm much stronger, and I'm much healthier.

Joe is a fun, highly energetic, passionate trainer. Thanks to Joe, I was able to focus and lose weight, gain strength, and as a side benefit... look more fit & sexy! Joe was adaptable and flexible with my training as I recovered from a serious back injury - he helped me to feel better and regain strength. Joe also had good nutritional tips and tricks to compliment a physical exercise regime. Thank you Joe for making me healthier and getting me back on track to health and wellness!
