What can I say? Shane really came thru for me! One of the most honest, friendly, straight forward professionals I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was the only person to get back to me on this site, and it was immediate! He really went above and beyond for me. The issue with my water main was way more than we had originally thought. Thought it was just a leak or break. He repaired it quickly and efficiently. Turns out, my whole line was frozen. He was determined to get my water going, so he ran a new line for me at just about the original cost he quoted. Even though that wasn't anticipated. THAT is a class act. This is the guy to go to, hands down. Without question. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. Thanks again, Shane!

Thank you so much for the feedback Johnny! "tis the season" for frozen/broken pipes. As you know in the plumbing world the "unknown" is always present; being able to make it over to your place during our snow storm unscheduled etc..worked out at the beginning of the evening which obviously went into the next day because not only was the frozen leak section the issue but your WHOLE WATER LINE was in fact. Going above & beyond for people in a crisis like yours I had no choice but to help out so no worries with the new line, glad you have running water hot & cold.
