- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair pricing. I always provide a very detailed description of what to expect when I return my photos, and never add any additional fees. My pricing is on the low-end of normal because I believe that all individuals, couples, and families should have access to high quality photos at an affordable price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to my customers prior to get a feel for exactly what they want. I encourage my customers to do a bit of research so they can verbalize their desired style of photos to me prior to the session. My aim for each shoot is to provide an even mix of posed and candid shots so that my clients have several shots to choose from!
