- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely, part of our job is to make sure we stay up with the latest trends, software, and equipment in our field. When something new and better comes along, we are usually one of the first to adopt it to better our product.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Believe it or not, I had never picked up a professional camera before I started this company. I saw an amazing emerging market (360 Virtual Tours) and took it by the horns. I flew in the best 360 photographer in the world to stay at my house for a couple of weeks and teach me everything he knows. In a very short period of time I became one of the best architectural photographers in the country and grew Invision Studio to be the top 360 Tour company in the nation as well. FUN FACT: The photographer that taught me everything now works for my company!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Real Estate Photography paired with 360 Virtual Tours are the most common thing ordered. Usually about 25 photos and 7 panoramas to cover an entire house. But we also shoot hotels, restaurants, and any type of business you can name, each commercial shoot is unique and takes on its own personality.
