I've been working with Dave Poletti and Associates for a little over a year repairing appliances at a number of the properties they manage. My experiences with this company have been very positive.
Their staff are friendly and professional and the tenants seem to respect the property, I can tell because the appliances are not abused.
Compared to other property management companies that I have worked with, Dave Poletti and Associates properties are clean, neat and well maintained.
I would definitely recommend this company to renters and property owners.

Hello Candace, I am sorry that we were not able to help you with your condo in Queen Anne. As I mentioned, the carpets had many cat urine stains. The odor was immediate and obvious to myself and the building manager upon inspection. Because you were not willing to change the carpeting and remove the odor, we could not take on your property for management. Our properties must meet a very high level of cleanliness before we will lease them to the public.
