- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is tailored to each individual's specific needs. The cost of sessions varies depending on the number required. I offer customized plans to address your unique goals. Discounts are available for students and non-profit organizations
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session I offer is a free 30 min call to understand the needs and pain points for the client and for both of us to figure out if we are a good fit. Based on that I prepare customized sessions and activity sheets keeping in mind the key areas they want to work on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Mass Communication and majored in Journalism. I also have Train the Trainer Certification. Apart from my education, I have extensive on the job expereince, training individuals and conducting corporate workshops for clients.
